About the role

Performs waived, moderate, and high complexity testing; evaluates test results; performs and evaluates quality control procedures; provides laboratory services in a timely manner and consistently delivers excellent customer service; serves as a technical resource for customers and other staff; adheres to all safety policies.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a scientific-related field; and/or equivalent combination of experience/training.
• Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) License.
• Applicable clinical laboratory experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with SoftLab LIS and Epic.
• Experience with the following automated instrumentation: Iris IChem\IQ, Abbott Architect, and Roche Cobas.
• Generalist skills - Hematology / Coagulation / Chemistry.
• Hospital Experience.
• Hematology Analyzer - Sysmex XN, SP-50, DI-60 CellaVision, Alifax.
• Coagulation Analyzer – ACL TOP.

Skills

• Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, overtime and at various locations as necessary in accordance with operational needs.

Pay

Annual Full Pay Range: $104,838 - $138,476 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%).

Schedule

Variable, 8-Hour Shifts, Sunday-Saturday.
