About the Role
Partner with supervisors and machinists to deliver comprehensive training on machine diagnostics and best-practice machining standards. Collaborate to troubleshoot programming, tooling, and quality issues, identifying production limitations.
Responsibilities
- Provide thorough training to machinists on machine diagnostics and machining best practices.
- Troubleshoot CNC programs, tooling, and quality issues in partnership with machinists.
- Analyze production limitations and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- CAD/CAM experience.
- Strong programming background.
- Proficiency in trigonometry and geometry.
- Metallurgical knowledge (preferred).
- CNC Technical Degree with 2–3 years of programming and machining experience.
- 3+ years of proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
