Core Functions Of Position

• Resource Allocation/ Production/ Quality (40%): Strategically plan, communicate with general foremen, manage available resources, align team members, adjust schedules and resources, maintain supply levels, report and gauge success, implement corrective actions.
• Leadership (40%): Conduct daily start-up meetings, train new hires, collaborate with managers, troubleshoot, foresee problems, identify improvement opportunities, document performance reviews, encourage development, document learning and development opportunities, seize coaching opportunities, solicit feedback, conduct one-on-ones, mitigate safety matters.
• Administrative (20%): Manage team member data, coordinate EHS responsibilities, participate in meetings, new candidate interviews, orientation/on-boarding training.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma & 1-2 years prior leadership experience in a manufacturing or maintenance environment including lead person, leadership trainee and/or growth opportunities.
• PREFERRED: Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 Years of prior Leadership experience in a foundry environment.
