Cloud Support Site Lead

About the role

The Site Lead role is a part of the Secure Operations Centers (SOCs) team, providing end-to-end operational support for the Azure core and Office365 platform. This role involves leading multiple cross-team and cross-group efforts, spanning various product groups including Azure, Active Directory (AAD), and Office365.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple teams and organizational groups to ensure seamless operational support for Azure and Office365 platforms.
• Provide briefings to customers and clients, tailoring messages to their specific needs.
• Manage and supervise teams, ensuring efficient and effective operation of the supported systems.
• Travel to sites within the region as needed.
• Work shifts that may include 24x7 coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 5+ years of experience, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in cross-team/group/org collaboration.
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to initiate and manage relationships across the customer space.
• Experience in briefing to customers/clients.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Sharepoint).
• Lead and/or supervisory experience.
• Active US Passport required.

• Experience with managed services projects and/or secure operations centers.
• Experience working in/with data centers.
• Involvement supporting air gapped or cloud environments.
• Experience with technical writing, SOP creation, or knowledge articles.
• Experience with PowerBI.
• Experience supporting the Azure cloud environment.

Qualifications

• Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance with Poly.

Pay

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is $126,300 - $243,100 USD.
