Cloud Solution Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solution Engineer to serve as a Solutions Engineer within the Solutions Engineering & Architecture Team (SEAT). This role is responsible for evaluating, designing, and guiding implementation of secure, scalable, interoperable, and supportable technology solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards. Working closely with the Office of Information Management (OIM), the Solutions Engineer collaborates with infrastructure teams, cloud engineers, application developers, security, data teams, and enterprise architects to translate business needs into actionable technical designs across both cloud and on‑premises environments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, design, and guide implementation of secure, scalable, interoperable, and supportable technology solutions that adhere to enterprise architecture standards.
• Partner with OIM and cross‑functional teams—including infrastructure, cloud engineering, application development, security, data, and enterprise architecture—to ensure cohesive solution delivery.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical designs for cloud and on‑premises environments.
• Apply architectural thinking and hands‑on engineering expertise across modern infrastructure platforms.
• Help build and sustain resilient, long‑term technology solutions.
