Cloud Security Specialist

About the role

The role provides strategic leadership in cloud security governance across AWS and Azure environments, encompassing risk management, compliance, and continuous monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise cloud asset governance.
• Lead security risk remediation efforts.
• Define KPIs and compliance metrics.
• Set the security strategy for cloud and AI technologies by establishing policies, guardrails, and control frameworks.
• Collaborate with technical and business leaders to embed security into enterprise cloud initiatives.
• Manage Cyber Managed Services delivery, including incident and change management.
• Coordinate offshore and onshore teams to ensure high‑quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Deep expertise in cloud security, governance, risk management, and enterprise architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS, Azure, and CSPM/CNAPP platforms.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
• Strong technical knowledge combined with leadership skills to manage risk and compliance programs effectively.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
