Cloud Security Analyst

About the Role

We partner with the world's leading AI research labs to build smarter, safer AI systems. Right now, we're looking for experienced cloud security practitioners to help train and evaluate AI models on real-world cloud security scenarios.

What You'll Do

• Analyze cloud security scenarios across AWS, GCP, and Azure to identify risks and failure patterns
• Review and evaluate IAM configurations, networking setups, storage policies, and container security issues
• Classify security gaps, misconfigurations, and cloud-related failures based on real-world impact
• Validate and improve AI-generated security reasoning so it accurately reflects how cloud incidents unfold in practice
• Provide structured feedback that helps AI systems reason more reliably about cloud risk

Who You Are

• 2+ years of hands-on experience working with cloud environments in production
• Solid understanding of cloud IAM, networking, storage, and container security across at least one major provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with real-world misconfigurations and security incidents — you know what goes wrong and why
• Able to reason clearly and communicate effectively about blast radius, risk exposure, and business impact
• Self-directed and comfortable working asynchronously on task-based assignments

Nice to Have

• Experience across multiple cloud providers
• Background in cloud security engineering, DevSecOps, or penetration testing
• Familiarity with frameworks like CIS Benchmarks, MITRE ATT&CK for Cloud, or CSA CCM
• Prior experience working with AI systems or data annotation projects
