About the Role
We partner with the world's leading AI research labs to build and evaluate frontier AI models — and we need cloud security practitioners who know how cloud environments actually fail. This is a unique opportunity to apply your real‑world security expertise to one of the most impactful fields in tech: AI training. You won't be writing policies or filing tickets — you'll be shaping how AI systems reason about cloud security risks, misconfigurations, and incidents.

- Classify security failures based on real‑world blast radius, risk exposure, and business impact.
- Evaluate and improve AI‑generated security reasoning so it reflects how cloud incidents actually unfold.
- Provide structured expert feedback that directly improves AI model quality and accuracy.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience working with cloud environments in production.
- Strong familiarity with cloud IAM, networking, storage, and container security across one or more major cloud platforms.
