- 15 + years of related experience
- Citizenship: US Citizen (must be able to provide proof of US Citizenship at time of offer accept)
- No clearance required; ability to obtain HHS suitability if needed.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification
- ITIL certification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field

Location
Hybrid - Preferred in-office presence 3x/week (Northern Virginia or Maryland). A maximum of 20% of the work will be conducted at the Government site in Washington, DC.
Additional Information
MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT: Lead and manage all aspects of task order execution, including oversight of contractor and subcontractor activities. Serve as the primary point of contact for official communication with Government stakeholders. Develop, implement, and update Task Order Management Plans, Quality Management Plans, and transition strategies. Coordinate project governance, risk management, and reporting mechanisms to ensure program success. Facilitate regular status meetings, briefings, and deliverables review with Government stakeholders. Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and training requirements for all team members.
Desired Qualifications
Experience with HHS or similar federal agencies. Strong familiarity with Agile DevSecOps methodologies. Proven track record of successful change management and organizational transformation.
