Cloud Operations Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role Own the operating model for platform operations, documentation, incident, and change processes. Ensure HA/DR posture documentation and operational readiness standards for new cloud services. Manage vendor performance and service-level accountability. Enable onshore and offshore technical teams for 24x7x365 environment operation. Coordinate with service and platform teams for L3 escalation. Provide expertise for technical solutions and leverage networks for collaboration across teams. What You'll Need Six (6) years of experience in implementing solutions with development life cycles (SDLC). Four (4) years in a technical leadership role. Ten (10) years of experience in software development or a related field (Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field required). Ability to drive execution of multiple work streams and complex projects. Strong self-leadership and ability to mentor/coach team members.
