About the role
The Cloud & Network Security Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing the security architecture and engineering teams within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cloud and network security strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
- Conduct regular security assessments and risk evaluations to identify vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Stay updated on emerging security threats and technologies, and incorporate these into the organization's security framework.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a cloud environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing security projects and teams.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of security protocols, standards, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- CISSP certification preferred.
- Experience with security tools and technologies such as SIEM, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

Pay
Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 annually.
