Cloud & Infrastructure Services Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a Cloud & Infrastructure Services Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Legal & Accounting space. This role will help shape and support secure cloud and hybrid infrastructure across the organization, with a focus on Microsoft technologies and modern deployment practices. The engineer will partner with technology stakeholders to improve reliability, streamline operations, and strengthen identity, access, and disaster recovery capabilities. This position offers the opportunity to influence firm-wide technology initiatives while working with cutting-edge tools and practices in a collaborative environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Administer and support Microsoft ecosystem components including Azure and Active Directory Design and manage secure Microsoft Azure environments and cloud resources Support hybrid infrastructure including on-premises servers and directory services Develop Infrastructure as Code solutions to automate deployments Monitor and assess infrastructure performance using Azure tools Manage identity and access services via Microsoft Entra ID Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions for cloud environments Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field 5+ years of experience in systems or cloud engineering Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and related services Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or ARM templates Solid understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP and DHCP Scripting skills in PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Python Industry certifications relevant to Azure and Microsoft 365 preferred Benefits Fostering a culture of integrity, innovation, and collaboration Opportunities for professional growth and contribution Hands-on involvement in shaping firm-wide technology initiatives Engagement with cutting-edge technologies and practices Supportive team environment with a focus on employee ideas and impact Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
