Cloud FinOps TSA I
About the role
World Wide Technology (WWT) is currently seeking a FinOps Technical Solutions Architect who will work closely with our clients to design, implement, and manage financial cloud operations and solutions tailored to their unique needs. This position requires a deep understanding of both financial concepts and cloud technologies, as well as the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals, challenges, and requirements
- Design and implement custom as well as standardized FinOps solutions that align with client objectives
- Analyze cloud usage patterns and cost data to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop forecasts and reports to provide actionable insights
- Cloud architecture consulting for Google
- Resell clients
- Present complex financial information in a clear and understandable manner
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support
- Stay current with industry best practices and trends in FinOps and cloud technologies
- Extensive experience (3+ years) in FinOps, cloud cost management, or related fields
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), services, and cost structures
- One or more Associate-level AWS and/or Azure certifications - Professional-level certification preferred
- Familiarity with The FinOps Foundation, frameworks, and best practices
- Familiarity with FinOps tooling such as Cost Management Platforms, Dashboards, and Optimization tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science or relevant experience
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $140,000.00 to $175,000.00 annually.
The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
Skills
