Cloud Engineer (RPA)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy RPA workflows using appropriate platforms.
• Configure, scale, deploy, integrate and maintain the RPA solutions with other enterprise systems.
• Utilize advanced features of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to support integration with existing and proposed tools.
• Implement and ensure recommended RPA solutions can be effectively deployed and managed in platforms such as Amazon Web Services and/or Azure.
• Provide troubleshooting and perform break/fix functions to ensure continual operations.
• Work with the relevant authority to deploy the automated solutions within the approved environment.
• Develop and execute virtual and in-person training sessions for key end users and other key personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in key programming required for automation development.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with leading RPA tools, such as UiPath.
• Minimum 3 years practical experience in cloud technologies.
• Have relevant certifications such as UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional, or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of .NET frameworks (i.e., ASP.NET) and SQL query language.
• Able to lead an IT team.
• Able to explain complicated concepts in simple terms.
• Excellent attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Must have strong written and verbal communications.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Able to develop strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Intermediate level position with a strong focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Part of a small team that performs the entire lifecycle (design, develop, test and deploy).
• Configures, scales, deploys, integrates and maintains the RPA solutions with other enterprise systems.
• Works with the relevant authority to deploy the automated solutions within the approved environment.
• Develops and executes virtual and in-person training sessions for key end users and other key personnel.
