Cloud Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the autonomous mobility sector, is seeking a Cloud Engineer to join their team. As a Cloud Engineer, you will be part of the Infrastructure Support Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Cloud Engineer Location: Foster City, CA Pay Range: $95-$103/hour + Benefits What's the Job? Develop, test, and maintain infrastructure as code using Python, Terraform, and AWS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative software solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and operational issues efficiently. Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of software solutions and applications. Support continuous improvement and optimization of cloud infrastructure and deployment processes. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience. 6-8 years of experience in software development using Python, Terraform, and AWS (EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda, RDS, EKS, MSK, etc). Proficient in software development best practices, including version control (Git), code review, testing, and deployment. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
