About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Cloud/DevOps (Development, Security, and Operations) Engineer to join our dynamic team. This senior technical leadership role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and resilient Azure cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will serve as a key driver in shaping our DevSecOps strategy, embedding security and compliance into every stage of the development lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with application, infrastructure, security, and data teams to enable the delivery of enterprise-grade cloud solutions, including AI and data workloads. Your expertise will ensure the operational excellence of our cloud environments and support modernization initiatives, on-premises migrations, and cloud-native deployments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Seven or more years of progressive experience in DevSecOps, cloud engineering, or enterprise software delivery.
- Extensive experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines across build, test, security, and deployment phases.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Azure services, including networking, identity, security, and platform services.
- Strong expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Bicep, ARM templates, or Terraform.
- Hands-on experience with container platforms like Docker, Kubernetes, or similar orchestration tools.
- Deep understanding of application and cloud security practices, including SAST, DAST, and compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale application, data, and AI workloads within Azure environments.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Foundry (formerly Azure AI Studio) Agent Service.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or equivalent.
- Relevant Microsoft Azure certifications such as AZ-400, AZ-500, AZ-204, AI-200, or SC-500 are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and oversight for Azure DevSecOps platforms, ensuring security, scalability, and resilience of cloud environments.
- Design, implement, and govern comprehensive CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines aligned with enterprise standards and compliance requirements.
- Embed security controls, scanning, and policy-as-code across infrastructure, application, and data delivery pipelines to ensure continuous security posture.
- Lead automation of Azure infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code frameworks to support large-scale enterprise deployments.
- Develop, support, and optimize containerized platforms and orchestration solutions for cloud-native and hybrid workloads.
- Design Azure environments tailored for AI workloads, including private networking and restricted egress configurations.
- Mentor engineers and act as a subject-matter expert in DevSecOps, Azure architecture, and security automation.
