About the role
As a cloud computing application architect, you will create a cloud-based technical architecture that meets client needs and utilizes cloud capabilities. You will support application teams and enhance a large cloud-based application to support mission-critical operations. You will lead your team in helping the client overcome their most difficult challenges in the cloud.
Responsibilities
- Support application teams and enhance a large cloud-based application to support mission-critical operations.
- Lead your team in helping the client overcome their most difficult challenges in the cloud.
- Recommend tools and solutions based on your research of the current environment and knowledge of various on-premises, cloud-based, and hybrid resources.
- Work with our law enforcement client to inform strategy and design, ensuring standards are met throughout the cloud migration process.
- Develop critical systems for the client using the latest cloud technologies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in an IT environment
- 8+ years of experience developing and deploying applications in a cloud environment
- Experience with multiple CSPs
- TS/SCI clearance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- AWS or Azure Cloud Certifications
- Certified Cloud Security Professional Certification

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
