Cloud Developer/Integrator

Summary CTC Group is seeking a Cloud Developer/Integrator to develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems within cloud environments. This role focuses on cloud-native application development, microservices, containerization, and integration of software solutions to support scalable, highly available systems. Responsibilities Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements for cloud-based applicationsDesign, develop, modify, and integrate software components and microservices within cloud environments, preferably AWSMigrate existing applications to cloud platforms while evaluating system dependencies, interfaces, and performance requirementsConfigure and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormationImplement container-based deployment strategies to support high-availability systemsDevelop and maintain application integrations using messaging technologies such as ActiveMQ and KafkaDebug software and integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective solutionsDevelop and execute software testing procedures, perform quality control, and maintain technical documentationPrepare after-action reports documenting technical findings, new requirements, and improvements to Tier 1 standard operating procedures (SOPs)Collaborate with systems engineers and development teams to coordinate software integration and deployment activities Qualifications Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearanceRecent experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWSExperience developing and integrating microservices and containerized applicationsExperience migrating applications to cloud environmentsExperience configuring and maintaining cloud infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormationExperience with ActiveMQ and/or Kafka messaging technologiesExperience implementing deployment strategies for high-availability systemsExperience with software integration, debugging, testing, and root cause analysis Level 2 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is requiredFour (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degreeFourteen (14) years’ experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required Pay Information The final salary may be influenced by various factors, such as location, labor categories, experience, education, and/or certifications.
