Cloud Developer

About the role

As a cloud security architect, you will develop cloud service delivery models and architectural frameworks to enable PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and DaaS. You will also recommend tools and capabilities based on current environments and knowledge of various resources to address RMF.

Responsibilities

• Develop cloud-based security architectures for critical systems
• Collaborate with customers to ensure information assurance and security requirements are met
• Work with third-party components, introduce new custom capabilities, modify existing code, and improve processes
• Automate operations and maintenance tasks
• Recommend and integrate Splunk, Oracle, or SQL based platforms and Python
• Ensure compliance with AWS or Azure cloud environments and TS/SCI clearance

Requirements

• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud environments
• Experience with Linux-based environment administration
• TS/SCI clearance
• High school diploma or GED
• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) Certification
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner Certification
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Associate Certification

Qualifications

• Experience integrating third-party components
• Process improvement recommendations
• Automation of operations and maintenance tasks
• Experience with Splunk, Oracle, or SQL based platforms
• Python experience

Skills

• Technical experience in cloud security

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).

Schedule

Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
