Responsibilities

• Support enterprise-level production systems with high availability and operational excellence requirements

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Cloud Data Engineering, DevOps, Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Data Operations
• 3+ years of technical leadership experience managing engineering or operations teams
• Expertise in Google Cloud Platform services (BigQuery, Cloud Composer/Airflow, Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Storage)
• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred

Skills

• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and automation/observability tools
• Experience with enterprise operational tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms (Power BI, Looker)
• Demonstrated passion for AI-assisted engineering practices and building inclusive, high-performing teams
