Cloud Data Architect

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Cloud Data Architect to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will shape the architecture of a program-wide data warehouse and guide the design of scalable cloud data solutions. You will partner with technical and business teams to translate requirements into a reliable data platform that supports execution, testing, and delivery. The position requires strong expertise in data modeling, warehouse architecture, and healthcare data governance within a regulated environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Design and support the architecture of a program-wide data warehouse
• Lead data warehouse projects to ensure requirements and timelines are met
• Perform testing to meet user specifications
• Provide technical architecture expertise for planning and solution design
• Work with teams to define requirements and validate testing processes

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in data architecture
• Strong knowledge of cloud data architecture and data modeling
• Demonstrated experience designing scalable data warehouse environments
• Proficiency with Snowflake healthcare data warehouse architecture
• Understanding of HIPAA governance frameworks for PHI/PII

Pay

$140,250 – $189,750 annually
