About the Opportunity: The CLOUD ADMINISTRATOR is responsible for managing and supporting Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud environments and virtual infrastructure. This role ensures reliable cloud operations, security, and compliance, contributing to business continuity and operational efficiency. It supports multiple teams by maintaining cloud services, administering enterprise AI tools, and applying governance controls to secure and optimize cloud resources. Responsibilities: Deploy, configure, and maintain services within Azure and AWSManage cloud maintenance activities including upgrades, patches, and backupsDevelop and maintain business continuity, disaster recovery, and high availability processesProvide diagnostic support for cloud-based hardware, networks, and softwareCreate and maintain standard operating procedures for multi-cloud infrastructureImplement process improvements for cloud environmentsParticipate in after-hours and on-call support rotationsAdminister data standards to ensure regulatory complianceManage enterprise AI services including access, quotas, logging, and lifecycleApply AI governance and security controlsCollaborate with IT teams to improve communication and operational efficiencyMaintain relevant certifications Requirements: Minimum 3 years of cloud administration experience with Azure and/or AWSStrong problem-solving and multitasking abilitiesAt least 2 years experience with network configurations, VPNs, firewalls, and hybrid cloud connectivityKnowledge of Azure and AWS core services, cloud storage, Kubernetes, and resource managementProficiency in diagnosing hardware, network, and software issues in cloud environments Preferred: Experience with Azure and AWS security and monitoring toolsExperience with SIEM platforms, domain controllers, Azure AD, and AWS IAMScripting skills in Python, PowerShell, AWS CLI, or Azure CLIUnderstanding of continuous automation and AI-assisted operationsExperience with enterprise AI services administrationKnowledge of AI governance and responsible AI practicesExperience with Microsoft IntuneStrong communication skillsFamiliarity with Jira Pay Range and Compensation Package: The expected base salary for this role is $90,000–$110,000, varying by experience, skills, and location.
