Responsibilities
- Sorts, hangs, tags, and sizes donations according to established guidelines.
- Maintains production area orderliness during business hours.
- Refers customer problems to management.
- Handles all aspects of customer service professionally.
- Fulfills safety rules and practices.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Ensures customer and donor satisfaction by maintaining a positive work outlook and projecting a pleasant, courteous, and helpful demeanor.
Requirements
- Can lift, push, or pull up to 20 lbs. frequently; 50 lbs. occasionally and 100 lbs. occasionally.
- Has excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Qualifications
- No specialized educational requirements; will train.
- Minimum of three months working experience required.
Skills
- Eye for fashion and attention to detail.
- Handling customer service in a professional manner.
- Following safety rules and practices.
