About the Role

Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.

Responsibilities

• Plan for each shift and monitor performance during the shift to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
• Maintain safety, security, and profitability during the shift.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift.
• Meet targets during their shifts and help assigned Departments meet their goals.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule who likes to have fun.
• Passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our locally owned and operated restaurants.
