Closing Shift Manager

About the role

The role involves leading shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Shift Managers are responsible for planning each shift, monitoring performance, enforcing McDonald’s standards, managing safety and security, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.

Responsibilities

• Planning and monitoring performance during shifts
• Maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness standards
• Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
• Managing inventory and daily maintenance
• Training and supervising staff
• Meeting departmental targets and overall shift goals

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule and willingness to have fun
• Age 18 or older
