Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards
• Ensure safety, security, and profitability during shifts
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a successful shift
• Meet targets during shifts and assist assigned departments in achieving their goals
• Oversee food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance, cleanliness, and quality food production
