Good Harvest Market is Waukesha County's largest independently owned natural and organic grocer, and also home to our onsite restaurant, bar, and event venue, Hop Harvest & Vine Public House. We're looking for a dependable, experienced Closing Manager to serve as our Manager on Duty during closing shifts - someone who takes pride in a well-run store, earns trust quickly, and knows how to keep a team moving when the daytime leadership has gone home.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the responsible manager in the building during your shift.
- Be a keyholder and secure and lock the store at the end of each shift.
- Support every corner of the floor, including grocery and produce, running a register when needed, working the meat and deli counters, and ensuring the store looks right before the doors close.
- On Friday nights when Hop Harvest & Vine hosts live music, assist in expediting food and supporting the restaurant floor as part of the team.
Requirements
- Prior MOD, shift manager, or keyholder experience in retail or food service is strongly preferred.
- The ability to perform physical tasks throughout the shift, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs, bending, reaching, climbing, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions as needed.

Pay

Schedule
Shifts end between 8-9pm depending on the night.
