About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between Buyer, Seller, Sales Reps, and third-party vendors from contract execution to closing.
  • Ensure all necessary documents are prepared and checked for accuracy before submission to the DMV.
  • Manage communication with banks regarding title and lien release statuses.
  • Prepare and deliver documents to the Sarasota Tax Office for DMV processing.
  • Handle requests for duplicate titles and liaise with DMV offices as needed.
  • Communicate with Closing Quality Control Admin to prepare completion packets.
  • Manage incoming USPS mail and assign title or lien releases to the appropriate deal folders.
  • Record all interactions and decisions related to the deal for transparency and accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years in sales/customer service operations.
  • A strong commitment to customer service and a high level of work ethic.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and handle flexibility in work hours.
  • Comfortable using technology and familiar with basic office software.
  • Proactive management skills and the ability to take initiative.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Ability to close deals successfully.
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital marketplaces.
  • Knowledge of legal and administrative processes related to real estate transactions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Schedule

This role is designed as an M-F position, but may require flexibility depending on the specific deals being worked on.
