About the role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate between Buyer, Seller, Sales Reps, and third-party vendors from contract execution to closing.
- Ensure all necessary documents are prepared and checked for accuracy before submission to the DMV.
- Manage communication with banks regarding title and lien release statuses.
- Prepare and deliver documents to the Sarasota Tax Office for DMV processing.
- Handle requests for duplicate titles and liaise with DMV offices as needed.
- Communicate with Closing Quality Control Admin to prepare completion packets.
- Manage incoming USPS mail and assign title or lien releases to the appropriate deal folders.
- Record all interactions and decisions related to the deal for transparency and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years in sales/customer service operations.
- A strong commitment to customer service and a high level of work ethic.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and handle flexibility in work hours.
- Comfortable using technology and familiar with basic office software.
- Proactive management skills and the ability to take initiative.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with various stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Ability to close deals successfully.
- Experience with CRM systems and digital marketplaces.
- Knowledge of legal and administrative processes related to real estate transactions.

Schedule
This role is designed as an M-F position, but may require flexibility depending on the specific deals being worked on.
