Closet Installer/Trim Carpenter

If you enjoy working with wood products, creating beautiful spaces in clients’ homes, and solving puzzles with a focus on high-quality workmanship, this role is for you. As an Installer at Closet Factory of Seattle, you’ll work independently with a strong support team, take pride in your craftsmanship, and have control over your earnings. Requirements

• Respect for yourself, coworkers, and clients’ homes
• Ability to pass a background check and possess a valid driver’s license
• Flexible schedule is helpful
• Ability to unload and carry materials up to 50 pounds
• Driven to complete high-quality work with minimal supervision
• Effectively communicate and work with clients at the jobsite
• Willingness to keep tools and vehicles clean, maintained, and organized
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Commitment to work safely and use required protective gear

Experience is great but not required—we provide training. Cabinet construction experience is a plus.

Pay

$20–$32+ per hour, depending on experience.

Bonus structure: The more you install, the more you earn. Tips are also possible.
