About the role

Installers create Organization, Beauty & Joy for our customers. It’s what we do and how we do it that sets Closet America apart from its competitors, making us the largest locally owned business of its kind in the DMV.

Responsibilities

• Go through intensive classroom and on-the-job training
• Work to the highest levels of capability
• Quickly elevate to the Installer level
• Read and interpret design drawings, associating parts to proper assemblies
• Understand different hardware types and do final surface detailing
• Carry product through weather into workspaces and assemble without damage
• Focus on a goal and obtain a pre-determined result
• Conduct and appear professionally, meeting customer and colleague expectations
• Be organized or follow a systematic method of performing tasks
• Work at least 2 weekends/month and manage personal and professional demands
• Perform work accurately, to the mm, and thoroughly to CA quality levels
• Find solutions for or proactively deal with work-related problems

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings
• Ability to understand different hardware types
• Ability to carry product without damage

Pay

Up to $18-$19.50/hr based on skills and experience

Schedule

Must be available to work at least 2 weekends/month
