About the Role

The Designer at Closet Factory is responsible for designing, quoting, and closing on projects that transform rooms into attractive and functional living spaces. Our brand is loved by many and has been synonymous with luxury closet systems for over 40 years. However, we are more than just a custom closet solution provider. We transform spaces ranging from closets to custom entertainment centers.

Responsibilities

• Design, quote, and close on projects that transform rooms into attractive and functional living spaces.
• Provide qualified preset appointments around your availability.
• Work independently and thrive in a full commission environment.

Qualifications

• Hightly organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Superior problem-solving ability.
• 2+ years sales experience, in-home sales experience a plus.
• Proficient working with computer programs.
• Must possess solid math skills.
• Self-starter that can work independently and thrive in a full commission environment.
• Strong spacial planning ability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be customer service oriented.

Requirements

• A verifiable track record of sales goal achievement.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must reside in Westchester County, NY or Fairfield County, CT.
