Earnings Potential

The top closer earned $55,000 last month. Structured performance bonuses and stacked cash incentives are based on collections. Trip bonuses and milestone rewards are also available.

Performance Expectations

• Target close rate: ~22%

• Average show rate: ~63%

• Strong objection handling and consultative selling required

• Comfortable selling $10K–$100K programs

Candidate Requirements

• Must have generated $1M+ in high-ticket revenue

• Fluent English communication skills

• Based in an American time zone (required)

• Experience in coaching, personal brand, or transformation offers preferred

• Highly coachable, competitive, and metrics-driven
