CLN RN Clinic - Heart Center Patient Care - PRN - 1st Shift
About the Role
Provides professional nursing care for office patients following established standards and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and evaluate patient care in accordance with professional nursing theory and practice.
- Identify problems and recommend solutions.
- Write and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, families, physicians, employees, and staff.
- Communicate clearly and effectively.
- Maintain a safe working environment by recognizing common safety hazards and taking appropriate precautions.
- Respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Adhere to the organization’s policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate effective work habits, including regular attendance, teamwork, initiative, dependability, and promptness.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Alabama State Registered Nurses License.
- Current CPR certification.
- ACLS certification preferred.
