Clinique Freelancer - HOLMDEL, NJ
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use "About the role" as heading. The content under that heading should be the prose from "Description About the Role & Position Overview". We'll need to preserve all substantive info.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to strip out many legal notices: Employment Notice repeated, Equal Opportunity Employer, Reasonable Accommodation Notice, E-Verify & Right to Work Notice, Pay Transparency Nondiscrimination Provision, Protected Veterans, etc. Also the Michigan Applicants etc. Also the "Equal Opportunity Employer" repeated later. Also the "Physical Demands & Work Environment" section we keep (it's substantive). Also "Qualifications" we keep (Basic Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications). Also "Key Responsibilities". Also "Pay Range" and benefits description. Also maybe "Physical Demands & Work Environment" as a section? The instruction list includes Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Not Physical Demands but we can still include if content exists; but they said "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". So we can include Physical Demands & Work Environment as a heading? Not in the list but we could still use for any section heading? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive. Likely we should stick to those headings if applicable. Physical Demands could be under Responsibilities or Qualifications? But it's separate substantive content. Could we make a heading "Physical Demands & Work Environment"? It's not in the list but maybe allowed as it's a section heading. The instruction: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are examples, not exhaustive. So we can use any heading but must be . We'll include Physical Demands & Work Environment as a heading.
We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Pay is stated: Pay Range $24.00 to $36.00. Benefits: described. So we include Pay and Benefits sections.
Schedule: not mentioned explicitly (flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, special events). That's schedule info. Could be included under Schedule section. The posting mentions "Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events". That's schedule. So we can create a Schedule section.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract:

Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company."
Schedule: we have info in Availability under Basic Qualifications: Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment. Could also be separate Schedule section.
We must not duplicate content. If we put Schedule section, we should not also repeat that bullet under Basic Qualifications? But we need to preserve all substantive info; we could keep it in Qualifications and also have Schedule section referencing same info? That would be duplication. Better to keep it under Qualifications (Availability) and not create a separate Schedule section unless we move it there and remove from Qualifications. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could incorporate schedule info into Qualifications (Availability) and not create a separate Schedule section. Since schedule is not explicitly requested as a section, we can omit Schedule section. The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It's optional. We'll decide to not include Schedule section to avoid duplication.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Physical Demands & Work Environment, Pay, Benefits.
We need to use for each heading. Use - for lists. Use
for prose.
We must not include any boilerplate like Equal Opportunity Employer etc. So we will strip those.
