Clinique Beauty Advisor - Full Time

About the role

The Beauty Advisor role is an hourly position that drives sales and enhances customer experiences through building relationships, product applications, and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and accountability in achieving store objectives and personal key metrics.
• Create memorable store experiences by fostering genuine relationships with team members, vendors, and customers.
• Build customer loyalty by providing excellent service, personalized consultations, and product recommendations.
• Execute promotions, special events, and customer outreach to maximize performance and drive sales.
• Utilize selling tools and digital devices to offer a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Leverage training tools, use brand resources, and continuously build product knowledge and expertise.
• Encourage repeat client interactions as a knowledgeable and trusted resource.
• Maintain visual merchandising, sign, and beauty hygiene standards.
• Contribute to a positive store culture by building connections with teammates, sharing knowledge, and celebrating achievements.
• Adapt to changing circumstances and support selling and store operations as needed.

Requirements

• A genuine enthusiasm for the beauty and fragrance industry.
• A competitive drive and confidence to excel in a fast-paced commission environment.
• Skills and experience to perform in the role and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to store success.
• Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision in a deadline-driven environment.
• Comfortable with technology, including smartphones, tablets, and Windows-based operating systems.
• Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to move around all store areas, bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move up to 40 lbs.
• Comfortable with and enjoy assisting customers with makeup application and skincare services.
