Clinician/Therapist ADT, CSC, CAC

About the role

Are you a clinician passionate about helping individuals on their path to recovery? At Amatus Recovery Centers, we’re looking for a dedicated clinician to provide high-quality care, support, and treatment to those facing mental health and substance use challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide Individual & Group Therapy - Deliver high-quality counseling tailored to client needs.
• Develop & Implement Treatment Plans - Create personalized recovery plans that drive meaningful change.
• Maintain Clinical Documentation - Ensure accurate records to support treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team - Work alongside clinicians, medical staff, and leadership.
• Support Crisis Intervention - Help clients navigate challenges with compassionate care.
• Stay Current with Best Practices - Continuously improve skills through training and supervision.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Licensure Required - LPC, LCSW, LMFT, ADT, CSC, CAC or equivalent (or working toward full licensure).
• Experience In Mental Health Or Substance Use Treatment Preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion For Helping Others Through Evidence-based Treatment.

Qualifications
