Clinician - Neonatal ICU

About the Role

Under general supervision and according to established standards, delivers nursing care to neonatal ICU patients. Collaborates with the manager to ensure smooth unit operations and exercises independent judgment with advanced clinical skills. Plans, implements, and documents nursing assessments and care plans, reports situations needing intervention, and communicates goals. Ensures patient rights are upheld and performs duties aligned with the organization’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program and licensure as a Registered Nurse in Florida
• BSN required; Master’s preferred
• Minimum of one year clinical experience, with five years ICU experience highly preferred
• National Neonatal certification and experience in quality or safety improvement preferred
