Clinician Licensing Specialist

About the role

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Clinician Licensing Specialist with a rapidly growing mental health organization in Chicago dedicated to expanding access to life-changing care across the country.

Responsibilities

• Guide therapists through the state licensure application process.
• Schedule meetings and communicate regularly with therapists regarding licensing requirements.
• Gather, organize, and maintain licensing documentation and records.
• Prepare and submit licensing applications to state boards.
• Track application progress and ensure timely completion of required steps.
• Follow up consistently with therapists to obtain missing information and documentation.
• Escalate issues and delays when appropriate to maintain timelines.
• Maintain accurate records within licensing and compliance systems.
• Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Partner with internal teams to support therapist onboarding and expansion efforts.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of administrative, coordinator, recruiting, customer service, or client support experience.
• Recent graduates with strong internship or relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfortable following up persistently to obtain information and meet deadlines.

Pay

$20-22/hr
