Clinician - IOP Groups (Behavioral Health) Position in Mesa- Outpatient- GMH - LPC, LAC, LMSW, LCSW

Schedule

• Full Time 40 hours/week
• Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: 11:30am–8:00pm
• Tuesday and Friday: 8:00am/8:30am–4:30pm/5:00pm
• 3 Evening Shifts, including IOP Groups

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling services which may include adults, children, adolescents, families, couples and groups using the Triple Aim framework of “Better health for the population, better care for the individual and lower cost per capita.”
• Run IOP Groups as assigned
• Ability to develop therapeutic relationships with clients; ability to determine and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions
• Participate in treatment planning with each individual and/or family to improve overall health
• Responsible for intakes, assessments, treatment and discharge planning, and group counseling through evidence-based practices
• Thorough understanding of clinical documentation requirements and procedures; charts progress, maintains clinical records and ensures implementation of treatment and discharge plans
• Monitors and follows up on client needs, and submits monthly service reports as required or needed
• Coordinates services as necessary working in collaboration with various State, Federal, and local agencies
• Provides client-centered outpatient clinical services to individuals/families

Requirements

• Experience treating co-occurring disorders preferred
• Behavioral health experience preferred; new graduates considered
• EMDR trained is a plus
• Arizona license preferred: LCSW, LPC, LIAC, LMSW, LAC, LAAC or LMFT in good standing
• Arizona licensure reimbursed when renewed as a Terros Health employee (according to policy)

Pay

• BHT level therapists (Master’s required): $23.42–$24.47/hour
• Associate level therapists (0–5 years experience): $57,000–$59,950; (5+ years experience): $61,000–$64,150
• Independent licensed therapists (0–5 years experience): $70,000–$73,450; (5–10 years experience): $75,000–$78,500; (10+ years experience): $80,000–$83,000
• Additional language differential pay available: Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Arabic, Farsi, Swahili or ASL
  • Unlicensed clinicians: $1/hour (approximately $2,080 annually)
  • Licensed clinicians: $2/hour (approximately $4,160 annually)
