Position Summary
Serves as an active part of a multidisciplinary team that provides assessment and therapeutic services to adults, children and/or adolescents who present with a wide range of significant behavioral health needs. Treatment is aimed at assisting individuals and/or families by helping them develop the skills necessary to improve their quality of life.
About the role
This position will be split between Adult Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient. This position will be located at 88 Valley St. Bristol, CT 06010. Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Provides assessment and therapeutic services to adults, children and/or adolescents presenting with a wide range of significant behavioral health needs.
- Aids individuals and/or families in developing the skills necessary to improve their quality of life.
- Works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Participates in regular team meetings to discuss progress and address challenges.
- Conducts intake assessments and maintains accurate client records.
- Engages in ongoing professional development through training and supervision.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- Current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Experience working with individuals and/or families experiencing behavioral health issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in behavioral health settings.
- Experience working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and treatment modalities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for promoting recovery and improving quality of life for those affected by behavioral health issues.

Pay
- Clincian I: Annual salary range starts at $57,000.
- Clincian II: Annual salary range starts at $68,500.
- Both positions eligible for a sign-on bonus of $5,000 for Clinician I and $7,000 for Clinician II.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm.
