About the role
CMHA is looking to hire a 2nd shift Clinician I for our Community Crisis Team. This position serves as an active part of a multidisciplinary team that provides assessment and therapeutic services to adults, children, and/or adolescents who present with a wide range of significant behavioral health needs. Treatment is aimed at assisting individuals and/or families by helping them develop the skills necessary to improve their quality of life.

Thursday – Monday, 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
Location: 233 Main St, New Britain, CT
Pay
The salary range for this position starts at $57,000 per year. Compensation is determined by years of relevant experience, education, skills, and internal pay equity. CMHA also considers benefits and paid time-off as part of a competitive overall compensation package.
