Clinician I
About the role
The Clinician I role is responsible for conducting and documenting individual and family psychosocial assessments; documenting the findings of evaluations and progress in clients’ medical record; conducting and documenting family and/or couples treatment of clients and their families; maintaining contact with community resources for after care and providing comprehensive discharge planning services.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work/Clinical Counseling from an institution accredited by the Council on Social Work/Counselor Education required
- Current applicable state(s) license as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or LMSW-CC (Licensed Master Social Worker, Conditional Clinical) or LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor) required
- State license to practice as a LADC and CADC as needed
- Valid Driver’s license if required for role
- Two years of relevant experience in a health or mental health setting preferred
