About the role
The Minnesota Sex Offender Program (MSOP) is a residential, sex offense specific treatment program in a modified therapeutic community and secure setting that provides services to over 700 individuals who have been civilly committed for sexual offending.
Responsibilities
- Providing group therapy and some individual counseling
- Preparing written documentation for internal and external audiences
- Creating treatment plans
- Delivering psycho-educational curriculums
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
Requirements
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field AND One year of professional experience providing clinical services, including group and individual therapy
Qualifications
- Preferred qualifications include experiences working effectively with others from different backgrounds and cultures
