About the role
Provide behavioral health services to clients in a variety of settings including outpatient clinics, schools, and community-based programs. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- Licensed to practice in New Hampshire.
- Experience working with individuals with mental health disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in behavioral health.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of insurance billing and coding.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
