About the Role
Brightside for Families and Children, a member of Trinity Health Of New England, is seeking an experienced Clinician to join our team of highly specialized behavioral health professionals. Brightside supports families and individuals through family outreach and stabilization, psychiatric and medication evaluation and management, special education, and ongoing support and encouragement.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home behavioral health consultations, assessments, individual treatment, and family consultations to clients.
- Deliver in-home therapy, family stabilization, therapeutic mentoring, and community support to families.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the quality of services provided.
- Design comprehensive treatment plans using analytical ability and knowledge of professional literature and resources.
- Travel to client homes as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in the social work field.
- Two (2) years of clinical experience in Social Work or a clinically focused Human Service field.
- Licensed or license-eligible in Social Work preferred.
- Availability to work evenings based on client needs.
