Responsibilities
- Provide clinical services in a day treatment program setting.
- Offer individual and group therapy for consumers whose mental illness can also be compromised by substance use, major illnesses and legal constraints.
- Act in a team leadership role for a multidisciplinary treatment team.
- Develop treatment plans, assessments, crisis management, and coordinate therapeutic services.
- Supervise a clinical case manager.
Requirements
- Possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field.
- Licensure in social work or mental health field preferred or license eligible.
Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals living with mental illness.
- Ability to manage complex cases and handle crisis situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health and substance abuse treatment.

NFI North is a mental health and behavioral support services provider dedicated to making mental and behavioral health services accessible to everyone. The Transitional Housing Program is a residential treatment and day program designed to provide comprehensive clinical, vocational services, and life skills for adults living with mental illness who are seeking independent living. The program aims to help participants grow, have hope, thrive in their community, and feel like they belong.
