About the role
We have an excellent opportunity for a Clinician/Children’s Clinician to join our team providing outpatient treatment to individuals and families at the Behavioral Health Center, either in-office or on an outreach basis. The position is ideally full-time (40 hours per week) with a Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, though some flexibility may be possible.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services—individual, group, couples, or family—in office, school, community, or via telehealth as clinically appropriate.
- Attend case conferences and multi-disciplinary meetings.
- Maintain assigned caseload, performing assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing psychotherapy.
- Make referrals to other resources, agencies, clinics, and hospitals as needed.
- Provide trainings and participate in the clinic staff training program; serve as a consultant on clinical work issues.
- Receive ongoing supervision to meet agency and licensing-body requirements.
- Participate in on-call triage for clients of FSA’s Behavioral Health Center on a rotating basis. Each on-call shift runs Tuesday to Tuesday, 5:00 PM–9:00 AM on weekdays and 24 hours per day on weekends and holidays. Clinicians are reimbursed at a weekly rate per on-call rotation.
- Submit a biweekly timesheet.
- Full-time clinicians working 40 hours per week are expected to bill 56 billable units per pay period.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
- Must be licensed or license-eligible (LCSW/LICSW, LMHC, LMFT).
- Second-year MA-level students are welcome to apply prior to graduation; offers can be made pending verification of MA degree.
Pay
Starting salary range for full-time clinicians: $54,870–$59,466, based on experience, education, certifications, and foreign-language proficiency.

Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with some flexibility possible.
