Clinical Wellbeing Intern - Summer 2027

Join our Employee Benefits Clinical team in Minneapolis, MN for a 10‑week, on‑site summer internship (Summer 2026). This paid program offers hands‑on exposure to clinical strategies, policies, and practices for employee benefit clients within a forward‑thinking, innovative culture.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clinical vendor management, materials, and playbooks.
• Assist with reviewing clinical insights, strategies in place, and assessing future clinical needs of clients.
• Assist with development of wellbeing deliverables specific for each client’s population health needs.
• Assist with client presentations and communications, specific for each client’s employee population.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or in pursuit of enrollment at a 4‑year institution.
• Relevant majors include Health Sciences, Public Health, Community Health, Health Promotion, and similar fields.
• Prior work experience is a plus, preferably in a customer service or administrative role.
