About the role

The Clinical Trials Manager oversees the clinical trials portfolio, negotiates contracts, prepares regulatory filings, manages budgets, leads a team, and promotes the program through marketing and communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full clinical trials portfolio, ensuring studies launch smoothly, run efficiently, and deliver meaningful results.
• Work directly with sponsoring agencies to secure agreements that support innovation and growth.
• Prepare and submit essential filings to keep trials compliant, safe, and ready to advance.
• Plan, monitor, and optimize financial resources to strengthen trial performance and sustainability.
• Mentor and guide a talented clinical research staff dedicated to excellence.
• Elevate program visibility, drive revenue growth, and champion the impact of clinical research.
• Serve as a key connector across departments, partners, and external organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in health-related field to include Health Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or close related field.
• 48 months experience in clinical trials research coordination and/or administration, professional level data management and analysis, or other closely related professional level role.

Qualifications

• Experience or a combination of education & related experience can be considered in lieu of degree.

Pay

Targeted salary $55,800 - $72,600 annually, based on experience.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, Standard/Fixed Schedule.

Travel

Not required.
