Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary clinical point of contact for clients
- Collaborate with project managers to manage clinical budgets
- Develop and finalize study-related documents and training materials
- Identify training needs for study staff and conduct training sessions
- Lead feasibility analysis and develop site recruitment strategies
- Oversee submissions to Competent Authorities and IRB/Ethics Committees
- Manage investigational product processes including accountability and reconciliation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a science or health-related field; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of clinical research experience, particularly in clinical monitoring
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team interaction
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
